Jordan Spieth left the Masters victory door ajar to his rivals when he doubled the 17th hole on day three of the 79th Masters.
The 21-year old Texas sensation opened-up a seven shot leading cushion at one stage on golf’s ‘moving day’ in moving to 18-under par through 16 holes.
Spieth became only the second player in Masters history after four-time Masters winning Tiger Woods when he birdied the 16th.
However it was his rivals were also making moves behind including former US Open winner Justin Rose who posted a five under par 67 to finish on 12-under par and just four shots behind.
