World No.1 Rory McIlroy has invited four-time Superbowl winning quarterback Tom Brady to join him early next week for a round of golf at Augusta National.
McIlroy revealed on the eve of the WGC – Cadillac he was heading to Georgia golfing gem to warm-up ahead of the Masters in taking his father Gerry and ‘two others’ to Augusta National.
Joining the 37-year old Brady in making up a fourball will be Seminole Club President and Augusta National member, Jimmy Dunne.
Brady, who plays off a handicap of eight, led the New England Patriots to four Superbowl victories in 2002, 2004, 2005 a month ago in defeating the Seattle Seahawks 28-24, and with Brady named ‘MVP’.
Yet there’s no word on who will caddy for McIlroy in the Par-3 Contest on the eve of the Masters.
