Dustin Johnson’s name has been removed from the USA Ryder Cup standings in the wake of the American’s decision to take an indefinite break from the game.

Johnson was fifth overall on the Stars and Stripes points table and assured of contesting a third straight Ryder Cup.

However the PGA of America wasted little time in removing the 30-year’s old name from the points table.

Here is the updated USA team table and with brash Patrick Reed now inside the top-nine qualifiers for Tom Watson’s team.
