South African George Coetzee is celebrating his 28th birthday in great manner moving up the board early on day two of The 2014 Open.
The 28-year old Coetzee commenced his round at two under par and while he dropped a shot for a second day running at the second the Pretoria-born player, who is contesting his fourth Open, then birdied fifth and 10th holes to move to three under par.
It handed the reigning Joburg Open champion the on-course lead in the 143rd Open Championship.
