For those supporters of www.golfbytourmiss.com you will be aware I am in South Africa ahead of next week’s 2014 European Tour season-opening Volvo Champions event in Durban.

However this weekend is being spent in Cape Town.

And like my very distant amphibious cousins the first task after checking into my hotel was to find my way to the ocean – the Atlantic Ocean.

Never having previously visited Cape Town the city is awash with beaches and so much like Sydney, the beaches are right on the doorstep of South Africa’s southern most city.
