Tiger Woods presented one of his golf balls to a Tiger lookalike fan during the second round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando.
Woods, who has won the event seven times before, had just pared the seventh hole on the Bay Hill Golf Club course and was heading to the eighth tee when he could not go without spotting Kyle Tadly with his face painted like a Tiger.
The 14-time Major champion reached into his pocket and presented Tadly with one of his Nike ‘Tiger’ logoed golf balls.
Naturally, Tadly was delighted with the gift.
Woods was showing all the signs of being well in contention for a PGA Tour record-setting eight tournament victory in the Florida event having birdied his first hole, eagled the sixth and then managing to also post birdies at 11 and 13 to move to eight under par for the $6.2m event.
