For most, it’s a welcome relief travelling the 130 odd miles southeast from the stress of the Masters in Augusta, Georgia to Hilton Head in South Carolina for this week’s more relaxed RBC Heritage. Augusta National has advised that prize money for the 2022 Masters is up $1/2m on last year to a new record-setting £15m (Euro 13.8m).
