Scotland’s Minister for Commonwealth Games and Sport, Shona Robison, today celebrated Gleneagles’ inaugural £5 Friday at the Johnnie Walker Championship together with young children benefitting from the clubgolf programme.

A number of the media covering the Barclays Scottish Open had the pleasure of playing Fortrose and Rosemarkie on Wednesday night.
The James Braid designed gem can been seen from Castle Stuart, laid out on the Chanonry Peninsula on the opposite and northern side of the Moray Firth.

Tom Ramsey – A Golf Writing Legend Passes Away Aged 75.
It was very sad to learn this morning (France time) that Tom Ramsey passed away.
Of course, Tom had been ill for some time so at this time my thoughts also go out to his wife, Carmel and son Andrew.
