Rahn Reckons LIV Golfers Strong To Win Another Masters
in Miami, FL
With just less than 90 players teeing-up in next week’s Masters the odds a LIV Golfer winning the 88th hosting of the major championship is strong.
That’s the view of defending Augusta National champion Jon Rahm just a week out from his defence of the year’s maiden major championship.
Indeed, there will be 13 LIV Golf stars taking the drive down Magnolia Lane and with those 13 also teeing-up this week at LIV Miami on the famed ‘Blue Monster’ course at Trump Doral.

McIlroy Reveals His Keys To Unlocking Hopeful Masters Glory – Discipline & Patience
It took lengendary Texas-born Ben Crenshaw 13 attempts before he won a maiden Masters now all of 40-years ago.
Crenshaw was then aged 32 and had been runner-up twice before and also enjoyed three other top-10s before being fitted with a famed August National members jacket by the late, great Seve Ballesteros, and then in a somewhat bizarre scenario it was another great Spaniard in Jose Maria Olazabal who fitted Crenshaw when he captured a second Masters in 1995.

Strugging Thomas Splits With ‘Bones’ Ahead Of The Masters
Struggling double PGA Championship winning Justin Thomas will tee-up at next week’s Masters with a new caddie after revealing he’s split with legendary bagman Jim ‘Bones’ McKay.
Thomas and ‘Bones’ have been an item since late 2021 when Thomas and prior long-time caddie Jimmy Johnson split following the USA triumph at the 2021 Ryder Cup.
‘Bones’, and very long-time caddy to Phil Mickelson, came on board and in May 2022 he pulled the clubs on route to ...

And secondly McIlroy is reportedly going to skip the Par-3 Contest held annually on the eve of the Masters and thus also avoiding any pre-Masters hoax that if you win the Par-3 Contest you won’t win The Masters.
The current World No. 2 ranked McIlroy needs no reminding it’s now a decade since ...

After clearly teasing fans with a clever April Fools Day prank, Cam Smith is serious as he looks to become the only the second Aussie to be fitted with an Augusta National members green jacket.
The recently-married Smith will be heading to an eighth Masters since making his debut in 2016 and three years after Adam Scott brought the Australian nation to a then local time Monday morning standstill when he beat former champ Angel Cabrera in a play-off.
Smith, 3o, has proven he has the game to win at ...
Harrington Or Power Needing To Do A Laird In San Antonio If They’re To Tee-Up At Augusta National
It is 11-years since Denver-based Scot Martin Laird pulled off one of the more remarkable among recent victories at the Valero Texas Open.
The tournament is the third oldest on the PGA Tour having first been staged in 1922 when Dornoch-born Scottish/American Robert MacDonald won the event at the Brackenridge course in San Antonio.
Since MacDonald’s success, some of the best in the game have added their names to the list of winners including Ben Hogan, Sam Snead, Byron Nelson, Jack Burke Jnr, ...
