Reigning PGA Championship winner and 152nd Open Champion Xander Schauffele has made it a remarkable 58 halfway cuts in succession at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill in suburban Orlando.

American Wyndham Clark, and who led the opening round of the $US 20m Arnold Palmer Invitational, played a tee shot at the third hole in round two that had the ‘expert’ guessing.
