Not all the news this week will be focussed on what is taking place inside-the- ropes here at the 2026 Chubb Classic in Naples, Florida.
Certainly not with the proud second hosting of the Healthy Paws / Humane Society Naples pet adoption event here this week at the Tiburon course, where our furry friends will have the opportunity to find their forever homes.
It is the only PGA TOUR Champions event featuring a pet adoption event while the ‘Paws Around Town Bus’ will be at the Tito’s Grove (behind the 18th hole) from Noon-3 p.m. ET Thursday to Sunday.

WHAT: The Chubb Classic is teaming up with Healthy Paws, A Chubb Company, and the Patty Baker Humane Society Naples for the Healthy Paws Pet Adoption Event and Donation Drive, giving adoptable dogs and cats an opportunity to find their forever homes.
The event aims to raise awareness of pet adoption, the importance of protecting the health of our furry companions and the shelter’s needs. The special event will occur during public adoption hours, featuring local dogs and cats available for adoption in the ‘Paws Around Town Bus’. Last year, during the inaugural Adoption Even and Donation Drive at the Chubb Classic, several pets were adopted and found loving homes.
WHEN: Thursday-Sunday, Feb. 12-15, from 12-3 pm ET

DETAILS: Donations of pet food, toys, and other pet essentials will be accepted on-site at the tournament main entrance and on the Champions Lawn. The shelter’s top donation wish list items can be found HERE. The Humane Society will also be accepting donations online via Chewy or Amazon HERE.
The Chubb Classic presented by SERVPRO is a 54-hole championship taking place Friday-Sunday, Feb. 13-15 at Tibur?n Golf Club’s Black Course. The 78-player field will compete for a share of the $1.8 million purse.
