Club Car Celebrating 60th Anniversary With One-Of-A-Kind ‘Woody Wagon’ Auction.

Club Car launched Tempo Connect, a stylish new golf car with enhanced technology including Visage Fleet Management at this week’s Golf Industry Show (GIS).

And in celebration of its 60th anniversary, Club Car will auction off a one-of-a-kind, Special Edition Carryall 500 Woody Wagon to benefit the Environmental Institute for Golf.

Tempo Connect’s enhanced ride is designed with automotive styling and connected technology.

Club Car’s proven engineering, industry-leading durability and reliable comfort are evident with a new sleek front cowl, rust-proof aluminium frame, new alloy wheels, premium comfort seats and a spacious dashboard.

“This is a milestone year for Club Car as we celebrate 60 years in the industry. We are pushing the limits of our offerings beyond the car by integrating new technology, content connectivity, and customisation to help course operators improve their operations, add value and manage their business,” said Mark Wagner, President of Club Car, an Executive Member of the Asian Golf Industry Federation.

“Tempo Connect and the Carryall 500 represent our team’s ability to design vehicles that increase productivity and reduce carbon footprint, all with a lower cost of operation than traditional work vehicles.”

The new Tempo Connect is the first golf car that includes both Visage, an industry-leading connectivity platform for golf operators, and Shark Experience.

Visage simplifies operations, controls costs and maximises course efficiencies while the Shark Experience, in partnership with the Greg Norman Company and Verizon, allows Club Car to deliver a premier in-car course entertainment system exclusive to Club Car.

To celebrate its 60th anniversary, Club Car, a brand of Ingersoll Rand, has also built a versatile Special Edition Woody Carryall 500, a manoeuvrable, nostalgic workhorse.

The Woody Carryall 500 features classic 50s styling with custom green paint, retro wheels and a natural wood stake side kit, while its versatility allows for easy and convenient tool attachments.
