Johnson Grounded & No Chance Of ‘Sneaking Away’ To Patriots -v- Giants Game.

Jordan Spieth will no doubt one day find out what it is like to be married and with two children.

Spieth revealed he has been extended an invitation to be a guest at nearby Gillette Stadium and home ground for the New England Patriots and with the five-time Superbowl champions to tackle the New York Giants Thursday night local time in the final pre-season practice match.

However when Dustin Johnson was asked, and on the eve of the Del Technology Championship at TPC Boston he revealed how life has changed for the current World No. 1.

And DJs response had everyone laughing and also no doubt associating with his plight.

Dustin Johnson presented with a pair of Dell cowboy books to furhter commemorate his win in March at the WGC – Dell Match Play Championship in Austin,TX.

“I’ve got the family in town, so I don’t think I’m going to be able to sneak away and get to the football game”, he said.

“Yeah, I mean, if I could, I would go. But it’s not going to, I don’t think Mama’s going to let me out of the house”.

Johnson spoke also of his delight in capturing last Sunday’s thrilling conclusion to the Northern Trust.

“It was a big win for me and especially to get back in the winner’s circle after I got off to such a great start in the beginning of the year,” he said.

“But it was a lot of fun, obviously, going head-to-head with Jordan there on Sunday. It was a lot of fun. It was a tough challenge.  I got to come out on top.

“Also it was a lot of fun that Sunday, and you know, I think it was a big win for me to get my confidence back to get everything — I felt like everything was close, but to get everything moving back in the right direction was great.”

And the formal press conference rounded off with Johnson being presented by Dell Technologies with a special pair of Austin, Texas cowboy books to further commemorate his win in March at the WGC – Dell Match-Play Championship.
