Robot Named ‘Eldrick’ Scores Ace At Phoenix Open … See The Video & Tiger’s Ace 19 Years Ago.

A robot appropriately named ‘Eldrick’ has scored a hole in one at the infamousĀ 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale and venue for this week’s Phoenix Open.

‘Eldrick’, named after golfing great Tiger Woods, who on the fifth attempt, took a swing and nailed an ace on the par-three hole, cueing raucous cheers from the crowd.

Spectators showered the green in beer to mark the occasion.

It has been 19 years since the young Eldrick, Tiger Woods, executed a famous hole-in-one on the exact same hole.
