Rory Mcllroy Muscles His Way Towards Fifth Success This Sesaon With Shanghai Second Day 65.

World No. 1 Rory McIlroy clearly has his competition face back on after muscling his way into second place with a sizzling 65 on day two of the BMW Masters in Shanghai.

McIlroy didn’t drop a shot in a seven-under par tally to move to 12-under par in the $US 7m event and end the round two shots behind fellow victorious Ryder Cup colleague, Peter Hanson who posted an eight under par 64.

Hanson’s effort was the third 64 on day two on the Lake Malaren course with fellow Swede Robert Karlsson and Ireland’s Shane Lowry, who are both at nine under par, also shooting 64s.
