Monty Misses Spanish Open Cut But Delights Visiting School Children.

Colin Montgomerie had good cause not to be happy missing the Spanish Open halfway but he delighted five school children after his round.

Monty, winner of the 1994 Spanish Open, was heading home early after rounds of 76 and 77 for a nine over par tally.

But to his credit he posed with five visiting children from the Windelsham School in West Sussex, England.

All five are golfers and Monty wished them well in their studies and their golf.
