Moving & Emotional Return Visit To Passchendaele.
It was my second visit to Passchendaele and it was no less emotional.
The first visit to the region had been in the early 2000s escorting my parents first to Normandy and the WW2 D-Day region of Northern France and then onto the WW1 sites in and around the Somme region of France and also into neighbouring and Belguim.

Lyle, 62 was the first off the 10th tee and posted a double-bogey and four bogeys on a very rain-softened course that saw plenty of players having ‘mud ball’s after drenching rain had flooded the famed Georgia course early on.
Lyle had been due to tee-up at 7am local time and ...

Sabitini was grouped or two rounds with Nick Faldo along with Columbian Camilo Villegas.
There was no issue with Villegas ...

Lowry’s effort of two bogeys and 16 pars left him trailing well down the board and nine shot adrift of early first round leader Paul Casey and with the former Irish Open winner posting a blistering seven-under par 65.
Lowry’s two-over tally was a 10th occasion in 11 rounds of ...
