Northern Ireland’s Tom McKibbon will become the second LIV golfer to win on this year’s DP World Tour should he capture the Porsche Singapore Classic.
McKibbon took to the second round of the rain-affected event sensationally soaring to the top, grabbing two eagles in his round of 65 and end the day in a five-way share of second at 10-under par.
American Dan Erikson then broke the five-way log-jam in posting a 64 to move one clear at 11-under on the host Laguna National course.

Forget a stalled inward half as Shane Lowry remains ever-keen to paint the town a glowing Valspar victory red.
The soon-to-be 38-year-old Lowry kick-started his day by superbly racing into the lead with six birdies in his opening seven holes before two bogeys over his inward half checked his progress in posting a five-under par 67 for a four-under tally in the second round of the Valspar Championship on the Copperhead course at the Innisbrook Resort near Tampa in western Florida.

MacIntyre’s Super Singapore Start Spoilt By Back Nine Bloopers.
Top Scot Robert MacIntyre found himself relegated to the slow lane after what had been a fast start on day one of the now rain-shortened Porsche Singapore Classic.
MacIntyre jumped straight into contention with four birdies in seven holes but then found himself left behind after he posted a double-bogey and three bogeys over his inward nine for a one-over 73 on the host Laguna National course.
His double-bogey was at the par-3 17th where sponsors Porsche are donating a ...
“You Never Lose It, Do You Dai?” Lee Westwood’s Memorable Singapore Comment
This week’s hosting of the Porsche Singapore Classic is yet another Tour destination bringing back fond memories.
I was in attendance at the then named Caltex Singapore Masters in the mid 2000s and when the event was jointly hosted by the Asian Tour and then European Tour, and when both Tours were a lot closer in talking to each other than they sadly are now.
The tournament, as it is this week, was also played on the Laguna National course.
It was 2005 and the handful of overseas media in attendance ...
Reed In The Driver’s Seat Heading To Macau Moving Day
Patrick Reed is in the driver’s seat, albeit by a shot, heading to ‘Moving Day’ at the Asian Tour’s International Series Macau.
The Texan again impressed adding a six-under 63 to his opening 63 to move to 13-under and one clear of red-hot Mexican Carlos Ortiz who signed for a sizzling61 that equalled the Macau couse record.
Newly-engaged Aussie Lucas Herbert and compatriot Travis Smyth are two strokes further back after signing for 65s.
Sharing fifth place at nine-under is ...
