Belgian’s Nicolas Colsaerts has been reunited with his missing clubs and luggage thanks to Twitter and Facebook.
Striking Brussels airport baggage handlers released his clubs Tuesday and with event sponsor, Volvo arranging for his father, Patrick to fly from Brussels with the clubs and luggage.
But this was after Colsaerts mother, Danielle had travelled to Paris earlier Tuesday with a spare set of clubs and clothing but only to have her flight to Sofia cancelled.

Defending champion, Nicolas Colsaerts has had to arrange for his mother to make a mercy dash to Bulgaria with a spare set of golf clubs for his defendce of this week’s Volvo World Match-Play Champion.
Colsaerts was all set to travel Monday morning from Brussels to Varna in Bulgaria but found himself caught up in a baggage handlers strike at Brussels Airport.

The R & A have announced a new Captain for 2013/14 – Australian-born Alexander Sinclair Dawson.
