A preliminary hearing is listed for hearing at 9am next Monday under a Judge Kelly at the Commercial Division of the High Court in Dublin.

A report in the Irish Times says Graeme McDowell’s Boyport Services Ltd show the firm enjoyed its most successful year to date in 2012 after recording profits of $US 4.207m (£2.643m/€3.1m).
The records lodged with Companies House in the UK show that accumulated profits increased from £3.539 million to £6.182 million in the 12 months to the end of December last.
