The staging of the 2018 Senior Open Championship will complete the full set of Majors Championships to be held on the famed Old Course at St. Andrews.
News of the staging of the European Tour Seniors pinnacle tournament was announced today at the Home of Golf.
The 144th Open last year was the 29th occasion on which the Championship has been played at St. Andrews while the Old Course hosted the Ricoh British Women’s Open twice before.
