Former Ryder Cup Oliver Wilson has signed with International Sports Management in a bid to recapture the form that earned him selection the 2008 European Team.
The 32-year-old Englishman has been runner-up nine times on the European Tour, including the HSBC Champions and the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in 2009, when he finished seventh in the Race to Dubai.
“It’s great to be joining ISM and I’m really looking forward to the year ahead,” said Wilson.
And ISM managing director, Andrew ‘Chubby’ Chandler, commented: “Oliver is a very talented golfer and a welcome addition to the stable.
“I’m confident he will recapture his best form for this season and beyond.”
Wilson made his Seve Trophy debut in 2007 as part of the victorious Great Britain and Ireland team and was also on the winning side two years later.
The very affable Wilson will play his first event who will play his first tournament of 2013 at the Gujarat Kensville Challenge starting on January 31st at Ahmedabad in India.
