World No. 1 Rory McIlroy looks all set to see in the New Year in Brisbane, Australia.

That’s where World No. 10 ranked girlfriend, Caroline Wozniacki will be as she’s competing in the Brisbane International that gets underway on New Year’s in the Queensland capital.

The Brisbane International is part of the Australian Open series with the first tennis Grand Slam event to take place later next month in Melbourne where Wozniacki will continue to strive to win a first Major.

While Wozniacki is no stranger to the Australian Open she will be competing in the Brisbane International event for a first occasion.

And McIlroy’s appearance in the Sunshine State would tie in nicely as the double Major winner is due to begin New Year testing with Nike at the Els Club in Dubai on Monday January 7th, 2013.  That’s the day after the Brisbane Intnernational concludes.
