World No. 1 Rory McIlroy has won four times this season and he will travel to Bulgaria next week hoping to encourage girlfriend and tennis ace, Caroline Wozinacki try to win her third of the season.
After a near 10-month winless drought, the Danish tennis star finally broke through to capture last month’s KDB Korean Open International.

Then with McIlroy sidelined in the States because he couldn’t get a Russian visa, Wozinacki made it two wins this year when she won the Kremlin Cup in Moscow.
It was her 20th Singles success.
McIlroy is standing down from contesting next week’s $7m WGC – HSBC Champions to travel to Sophia and support her in the season-ending $750,000 Qatar Airways Tournament of Champions.
“Caroline has been playing well the last few weeks, won two of her last three tournaments, so she’s playing really well,” said McIlroy after his opening round here in the BMW Masters in Shanghai.
“So I’m going to see her in Bulgaria for the last tournament of the year.
“It would be great to see her pick up her third title of the year and finish off the year well.”
When McIlroy met Wozinacki at a world boxing title fight in Hamburg she was ranked No. 1 in the world but had dropped to World No. 11.
And despite recent victories Wozinacki remains at No. 11 with 23-year old Belarus-born but Monaco-based Victoria Azarenka, and the reigning Australian Open winner, top of the rankings in womens tennis.
