Recent back-to-back DP World Tour champion Casey Jarvis is already talking Augusta National after again putting himself in contention heading to the weekend rounds of the Hero Indian Open.
Jarvis continues to turn on the magic in signing for a stunning score of 64 to be trailing just a shot adrift of defending Indian Open champ Eugenio Charcarra who heads the event by a shot at eight-under on the host DLF G&CC at Gurugram near the India capital of New Delhi.

The 22-year-old Jarvis won twice last year on the his home Sunshine Tour but then announced himself loudly on the world stage in a three-event span that included back-to-back victories and then a second place finish a week later.
Jarvis won the Magical Kenya Open at the end of February and then a week later stormed to a three shot success in the Investec South African Open ahead of being runner-up seven days further on in the Joburg Open, and the three events co-sanctioned with the DP World Tour.
It was winning his home Open that had a double added advantage for Casey and it not only earned him a place at next month’s Masters but also a tee time in July’s Open Championship at Royal Birkdale.
Little wonder Casey sounded excited following moving into second place at the Hero Indian Open.
Jarvis said: “The greens are very undulated and fast this week, and I know Augusta’s are also like that. I think it’s the perfect preparation and I can’t wait to tee it up at the Masters. It’s a special place to be.
“I don’t think I’ve an edge over anyone out here because they’re all so good. I think I’m just running on confidence at the moment. I think my game’s in a good place and I’m playing really well“.

If I may Casey, allow me to slightly disagree as back-to-back wins and followed-up by a second in your past three events very much places you as favourite this week for maybe for a third win in four starts.
Whatever, keep it going.
