Tiger Teases ‘I’ll Be In The Building’ When Quizzed If He Will Tee-Up Next Week’s TGL Final

Tiger Woods was in a jovial mood when asked live on TV by ESPNs Scott Van Pelt if he will consider teeing-up in next week’s 2026 TGL Golf season final in Florida.

Woods’ Jupiter Island GC team defeated Rory McIlroy’s led Boston Common GC 9-5 to secure a place in next Monday’s final.

His team will face rival Los Angeles Golf Club after the LA side defeated their semi-final Atlanta Drive rivals 6-4.

Here in @TOURMISS ‘X’ post is TWs response to Van Pelt.

Afterwards, Woods was asked in his post formal presser ‘if there was anything that could get you out playing in the final match of the season.

“Well, I think that I have been trying to play each and every one of these matches. I’ve been trying to come back. But it just hasn’t worked out that way,” said Woods.

Tiger Woods rules out teeing-up in next week’s TGL Golf Final.

“I’ve had a bad run of injuries last year. I think it’s been a year and a few days since I blew out my Achilles. And so then I’ve had two back operations.

“So it’s been a little rough go. But the guys here, this team, we have so much fun, I really don’t want to screw up the lineup, I just want these guys to keep playing”.
