Paul McGinley is not alone with his view on news five-time major-winning Brooks Koepka is returning to the PGA Tour.
Since retiring from inside the ropes, the Irishman has become one of the more respected when it comes to views on the game, so much so, when he speaks many listen.
And McGinley’s offered his opinion following Koepka accepting a never before PGA Tour offer, via a never before ‘Player Returning Program’, and a program that will remain in place only till February 2nd, on the off-chance three other LIV players may also be attracted.

“I don’t see the Brooks Koepka situation as surprising as many do”, said McGinley.
“It highlights how much pro golf is now prioritised as a business and a platform for members second. It also confirms that the relationship between PGAT and LIV is on a path of competition, not alignment.”
How many would agree with the former victorious European Ryder Cup captain while how many believe that Bryson DeChambeau may follow his fellow American back to the PGA Tour?
