Poulter has been one of the most lights out putters on tour for years, and he only seems to get better with the flat stick when Ryder Cup pressure is on.
However the Australian, who was atop the World Golf Ranking for a massive 333 weeks, was never known for his prowess with the putter
But nevertheless Poulter was keen to take up the Great White Shark’s offer.
