Scotland’s Richie Ramsay claimed his second Tour victory with his four-shot success in the Omega European Masters.

He posted a final round 66 for a 16-under par tally and the same winning margin and same 72-hole total as fellow Scot had won last week’s Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles.
Lawrie had been looking to win for a third time this year but had to settle for a share of sixth on 11-under par.
However the spoils of success go to the 29-year old Ramsay.

- * Earns his largest-ever Tour prize cheque of Euro 350,000
- *Earns a place in the November 1st commencing WGC- HSBC Champions at Mission Hills in China and a spot in 2013 Volvo Golf Champions.
- *The 17th occasion this year a player has won after leading through 54 holes
- Gains a Tour exemption to the end of 2014
- And should move to a career high of 70th on the World Rankings.
