Tiger Woods Latest Injury Mishap Thanks To A New Jersey Hotel Bed.

Tiger Woods returned to competition ahead this weeks Barclays Championship sporting an unwanted pain in the neck and all thanks to a hotel bed.

The World No. 1 withdrew after nine holes of today’s (Wed) Pro-Am after suffering a neck injury the night before.

And Woods revealed the culprit of his pain when someone on  the Liberty National course as a soft mattress.

He still walked with his amateur partners, but only chipped and putted at Liberty National.

Woods had been observed grabbing his back in the final round of the PGA Championship at Oak Hill and his last event before the Barclays.   He also suffered an elbow injury that troubled him for two months this summer. Woods says he’s not concerned. He says everything felt fine when he was home.

Woods simply smiled and answered, “We’ll have something.”

It is the latest in a range of injuries that have beset Woods this year, although this seems relatively minor compared to the elbow and back problems that gave him difficulty throughout most of the summer.
