Genworth’s Putts4Charity Pro Challenge – Euro 1m Raised For Charity

The stars of this week’s UBS Hong Kong Open have helped celebrate Genworth’s Putts4Charity initiative in reaching Euro 1m.

And www.golfbytourmiss.com was on hand when Spanish duo of Miguel Angel Jimenez and Jose Maria Olazabal handed over a Genworth Foundattion cheque for Euro 4,000 to the SOS Childrens Villages fund immediately following their first rounds in the $2m co-sanctioned tournament here in suburban Fanling.

Later in the day eight pros went head-to-head in the Pro Putt Challenge before they all gathered for a group photo (see below).

The Genworth Foundation will contribute Euro 1 for each ‘one putt’ made by the public at the Putts4Charity greens and Euro 2 for each ‘one putt’ made by the Tour pros during the four rounds of the UBS Hong Kong Open.

So every one putt counts!
