Despite the early arrival time into Antalya is was a smooth four hour flight from Edinburgh to Turkey.

Some 34 media representatives boarded the Turkish Airlines flight and that meant three seats to ourselves.

We arrrived at 3am and by the time we paid for a visa and then collected the suitcases it was close to 4am.  We board a mini-bus to the magnifcient Gloria Resort Hotel and managed to fall into bed around 5am.

However it wasn’t to 1pm when I managed to get myself out of bed.  After a couple of cups of coffee it was exporing time and what a location – right on the Meditteranean Sea but more of that in later reports.
