MacIntyre’s Dream Fourball – Tiger, Seve & His Father Dougie

Top-ranked Scot Robert MacIntyre has revealed his dream fourball – Tiger Woods, the late Seve Ballesteros and his father Dougie.

In a novel ‘X’ exchange, MacIntyre spent his time travelling sky high in crossing the Atlantic, and Hawaii-bound for next week’s inaugural PGA Tour full member debut, entertaining fans on his ‘X’ account by answering a variety of questions.

MacIntyre spent some two hours replying to some 40 fans before remarking the wifi signal was fading on his flight.

And one of the standout questions, and many superb questions to MacIntyre, was revealing his ‘dream’ fourball.

In another question, the Oban lefty revealed he will be contesting three PGA Tour events in succession – the January 10th commencing Sony Open, the following week’s American Express at La Quinta and then remaining in California for the January 24th  starting Farmers Insurance Open, taking place along the clifftop overlooking the Pacific Ocean north of San Diego.

MacIntyre was also asked what he liked playing Royal Troon, and host venue for the 152nd Open Championship.  However, it comes somewhat of a surprise in learning he’s not played the course.

Anyway, let’s go ahead and pick out a selection of some of the better questions and answers.
