Hadwin Spends Pre-Third Round Tee Time With His Head Under A Kitchen Sink

So, what did you do ahead of your Masters ‘moving day’ tee time?

I am sure it was very different to Canadian golfer Adam Hadwin whose wife, Jessica snapped a shot of her husband out-stretched in the kitchen of their Augusta National rented house with his head stuck under the sink no doubt looking to fix a water pipe.

Hadwin, 36, is contesting only his fourth Masters and a first since 2020 and having qualified on this occasion by being among the top-50 in the World Ranking.

The 2017 Valspar Championship winner arrived this year at Augusta National to assure his place in the weekend rounds for a third of his four Masters showing with scores of 75 and 73 for a four-over tally to just be inside the leading 40 players.

However, while his fellow competitors were no doubt enjoying a bit of a sleep after two long and very testing opening rounds, Hadwin was photographed by his wife lying on the floor of the kitchen and with his head underneath the kitchen sink.

Hadwin’s wife tweeted the snap with the caption:  “When you’ve got a masters tee time at noon, but need to check out the structural integrity of the rental’s kitchen sink first”.

Amazingly, by the time Hadwin teed-off his wife’s ‘X’ message had attracted a 1/2 million views,
