Gassin is perched high in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region in southeastern France.
It is located just four kilometres inland and close to the holiday destination of Saint Tropez.

The original building was erected in the 11th century and with this current Notre-Dame de la Consolation constructed in 1558.
The Chapel hosts events throughout the year: concert, Saint-Laurent mass or nativity scene.
