Fans have reacted to the shock news that John Rahm has withdrawn from the Memorial after testing positive to COVID-19.

The World No. 3 had just shot a 64 to open-up a six-shot lead with a round to play in the defence of his title.

Sadly, the Spaniard will not feature in the final round and in the process miss out on the opportunity to become only the second golfer since Tiger Woods to successfull defend the Memorial.
