World No. 1 Dustin Johnson says there will be no way anyone will be able to “fake“ their way this week around Quail Hollow.

“I like the course as it is hard, it is long and you can’t fake it around here as it is just not possible as everything has to be good“, he said.

“Every aspect of your game has to be good.  Your short game has to be good.  You have to putt it well.  You have to control your ball coming into the greens as you cannot miss it in the wrong spots.

“It is a Major Championship and it is going to play like one and while it will be a little bit soft from all the rain and the greens will be a little bit more receptive, it still will not make it any easier“.
