It will be a Scotland-v-Ireland final in the 2014 AGW Home Internationals.
This is after Ireland white-washed Wales 3 nil in their matches and Scotland got the better of England winning 2 & 1 on a glorious day on the Colin Montgomerie designed Maxx Royal course at Belek here in Turkey.
The AGW Home Internationals was first staged in 1992 and Scotland is the defending champion and while Scottish Captain, Martin Dempster traveled out from Edinburgh with the gleaming AGW Home International trophy concealed in a no-frills plastic bag, the Scotsman golf correspondent is quietly confident the symbol of Home International success will return to the Home of Golf early Wednesday morning local time.
