After a disappointing effort in the Shell Houston Open there was a smile of the face of World No. 2 Rory Mclroy as he headed into the Redstone Clubhouse.
McIlroy was met by ‘Betty’, the Easter Bunny and happily obliged to have his photo taken before packing up his possessions and taking the 3-hour drive west along I-10 to San Antonio and Thursday’s starting $6.2m Valero Texas Open.
Also meeting the Easter Bunny was England’s David Lynn who played alongside McIlroy and American Boo Weekley.
