When snow began to fall this morning (Wednesday 13 February) on the east coast of Scotland there was a strong urge to head to nearby St. Andrews and inspect the snow covered scenes at the most famous golf course in the world – the Old Course at St. Andrews and the famed Home of Golf.
Never mind the outside temperature was 0 degrees Celsius or 32 degree Fahrenheit.
There’s always a pleasure in walking the Old Course whether on a summer’s day and even today despite the cold and being wrapped up under four layers of clothing.
