Crail Golfing Society – Snow Bound One Day. A Picture Postcard The Next.

Crail Golfing Society is golf’s seventh oldest golf club having been founded in 1786.

However there was no golf last week when snow blanketed much of Scotland including the famed Old Course in nearby St. Andrews (see earlier story).

However a day later there was no trace of the snow and with  golf course bathed in sunshine as you can see from the second photographs hereunder.

Sunshine returns turning the Balcomie course into a picture postcard setting. (Photo -www.golfbytourmiss.com)
