World Parachuting Championship I hear you saying?

Yes, this is a dedicated golf website but often in the course of reporting on the European and PGA Tour we come across items of interest.

Already this year we’ve brought you pics of Janis Joplin’s childhood home, the gravesite of the Big Boppa and, what we feel, is other interesting scenarios we come in contact with during the course of a season.

Such was the case in the days following the DP World Tour Championship because no sooner had the season-ending event had been won by Rory McIlroy and the world’s elite parachutists were competing in the FAI World Parachuting Championship at Jumeriah Beach in Dubai.
