Peter Rodger and his Rodger’s Dodgers team were dining out at The Palm restaurant in Cascais after a stunning two point success in the 2015 Bushnell/Odyssey Lisbon Challenge.
Peter’s side went into the final round of competition on the Quinta da Marina course trailing by a point at 7 1/2 points to Alan Reid’s Reid’s Raiders 8 1/2 points.

It’s just hours before tee off on the final day of the 2015 Bushnell/Odyssey Lisbon Challenge.
Allan Reid’s Reid’s Raiders enjoy an 8 1/2 to 7 1/2 advantage heading to the all-important eight Singles matches to be played today (Sat) on the Quinta Marina course.

Alan Reid and his Reid’s Raiders continue to gel superbly in easing one point clear at 8 1/2 points to 7 1/2 points heading to the deciding Singles in the 2015 Lisbon Challenge.
Heading to day four of competition at the Oitavos Dunes course, and host venue of the Portuguese Open in 2005 and from 2007 to 2009, the two teams were locked at six points apiece.

After a day’s rest the 2015 Bushnell/Odyssey Lisbon Challenge now enters the tense stages with two rounds to play here in Portugal.
Three rounds of the five rounds have been contested and with both Rodger’s Dodgers and Reid’s Raiders locked at six points apiece.
The final two matches to decide our 2015 champions will be played over the Oitavos Dunes course and on Saturday we wrap up with the Singles at Quinta da Marinha.

REID’S RAIDERS DRAW LEVEL IN 2015 LISBON CHALLENGE
Reid’s Raiders have managed to claw their back to draw level with Rodger’s Dodgers at six points in the 2015 Lisbon Challenge.
Rodger’s Dodgers went into day at Penha Longa leading the five-match series 5 points to 3 points.
However in walking off the superb former Portugal Open venue (1994-95 & 2010), Alan Reid’s side had bridged the gap to be all square with two rounds to play.

Royal and Awesome led the St. Patrick’s Day golf parade at Belas Golf Club near Estoril in Portugal.
Irish-born Joe Duddy looked resplendent in an appropriate pair of Paddy Par short while Bernie McGuire, an Aussie with an Irish surname, was decked out in a pair of eye-catching Par Tee shorts.

MATCHES EVEN ON DAY TWO
Matches were even on day two of the 2015 Bushnell/Odyssey Lisbon Challenge at the Belas Golf Club in Belas, Portugal.
Rodger’s Dodgers went into the day leading 3 points to 1 but Reid’s Raiders stopped any further damage in halving the matches on the second day.
In fact, it was pairing of Roger Watson and Andy Braid who spearheaded the fight back defeating the Rodger’s Dodgers duo of John Howorth and Fraser Ireland 4 & 3.
