Rolapp Reveals Proposed PGA Tour Changes May Mirror English Football League
In a very first major public address, new PGA Tour chief Brian Rolapp earlier today unveiled a series of plans to improve the Tour, including doubling the number of signature events to 16, adding in the four existing majors and designate a secondary wave of — Tier II — events building to signature tournaments.
