Spain’s ‘Giant Killing’ Pablo Larrazabal has struck again in capturing a second BMW International Open in four years in Munich.
Larrazabal came from an equal-record five shots back to win by a stroke with a final round 66 for a 17-under par tally and one fewer than in winning in 2014 on the same Munich Golf Course course.

No sooner had Michael Hoey signed his scorecard of a BMW International Open third round 71 when he was confronted by two young German women seeking a photograph with the five-time Tour winner.
Hoey had ended the day sharing fifth place at 11-under par and just marginally behind England’s James Morrison who dropped a shot at the last in bizarre circumstances in a round of 67 to still lead by two shots at 14-under par.
