Happy Australia Day from the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters.

I first began coming here to Doha in 1999 and a year after the inaugural event at the Doha Golf Club.

And it just so happens that Australia Day seems to have always fallen during the tournament.

Of course, January 26th is also India’s national day but for today I’ve bravely donned a pair of Aussie flag boxers for a few photographs to show my true colours.

A very special thanks to Sue and Nigel who have so kindly welcome Eoin and myself into the house here this week for the championship.

They’re a super couple and with some of the pics taken .. well, where else would you find an Aussie on Australia Day?
