One of the first things Peter Lawrie did after securing his Tour card for next year was to thank super caddy John ‘Ronnie’ Roberts.

Lawrie could breathe a huge sigh of relief after ending the Perth International in a share of 18th place.  It meant Lawrie, who went to Perth lying 114th on the list, moving up to 109th and the security of 2014 Race to Dubai membership.

“I could not have managed to hold onto my card this week without Ronnie’s help,” said Lawrie.

“I owe him a big thank you for all his help this week.”
