It was Champions League Final fever on the third day of the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.

BMW’s very popular, Marco Kaulser and very respected Nicole Stempinsky, who is Head of BMW Sports Communications headed the team of passionate Bayern Munich supporters heading off the Wembley and hoping for victory in the all-German final against rivals Borussia Dortmund.

And there will five happy Bayern Munich supporters when they return tomorrow to Wentworth.

Fortunately, Nicole didn’t have to worry about throwing herself into The Thames River as she joked she would if her side did not succeed.

In the end Bayern Munich became not only the champions of Germany but now the champions of Europe with their 2 – 1 triumph
