Peter Hanson Keeps Rory McIlroy At Bay To Capture BMW Masters

Sweden’s Peter Hanson captured a second tournament win in three starts shooting a final round 67 for a 21-under par tally and win by a  stroke the BMW Masters in Shanghai.

Hanson, who also captured last month’s KLM Open title, denied World No. 1 Rory McIlroy who also shot a 67 and settle for second place on 20-under par.

Despite failing to capture a fifth tour win, McIlroy retains his lead in the Race to Dubai title.

Fellow victorious Ryder Cup star, Luke Donald (66) was third at 17-under par and one clear of Medinah team mate, Ian Poulter (65) at 16-under par.
