It’s been a nail biting last two days for Scotland’s David Law with the assurance he’s retained full 2027 DP World Tour membership by just two places.
The 35-year-old Law had arrived in South Korea lying 97th on the Race to Dubai rankings for the final event of the ‘regular’ DP World Tour season and the Genesis Championship and needing to be inside the top-100 at the end of the tournament to be be assured of holding onto to his ‘card’.
Disappointingly the Aberdeen golfer missed the halfway cut with rounds of 75 and 69.

It meant a very anxious weekend for Law including knowing that Japan’s Yuto Katsuragawa was sure to be one to go past him given his top-of-the-board position heading the last two rounds.
Indeed Katsuragawa captured a second Tour win by two shots to jump 78 places from Race to Dubai No. 28.
Though all good news for Law as proudly reported by GolfByTourMiss
